COMMISSION

Truth Is Fallen was commissioned by the Midland Symphony Orchestra in Michigan, with a grant form the National Endowment for the Arts for the 1971 dedication of the Midland Center for the Arts.

PREMIERE

May 1 & 2, 1971 at the Midland Center for the Arts in Midland, Michigan for the dedication of the center. Midland Symphony, Midland Music Society Chorale, New Heavenly Blue Rock Band, and Charlene Peterson, soprano with Donald Th. Jaager conducting.
